Beauty Portfolio Exclusive Forms

This feature is for Beauty Portfolio's exclusive use as they have an agreement with the business part to display a different set of consent forms.

If you are not part of the Beauty Portfolio group of sites, then please ignore this added option in our forms. This option is disable by default and no further action is needed if you are not part of the Beauty Portfolio group of sites.

How to enable the Beauty Portfolio Exclusive Forms

  • Open the form dialog window
  • Scroll to the bottom, and you will see Enable Beauty Portfolio consent forms
  • Once ticked, this will automatically switch consent forms to the one exclusively made for the Beauty Porfolio
