How to enable the Beauty Portfolio Exclusive Forms
Open the form dialog window
Scroll to the bottom, and you will see Enable Beauty Portfolio consent forms
Once ticked, this will automatically switch consent forms to the one exclusively made for the Beauty Porfolio
